Program Overview
What is a flash store?
A pre-order e-commerce store hosted by us for you to offer apparel to your audience. You will receive your own custom link, landing page, and items offered in your store with your logo/designs. Your audience orders within the window of the store (we suggest 2 weeks).
Once the store closes, items will then be produced, decorated, and shipped individually to your customers. Production takes 6-8 weeks (depending on products) once the store has closed.
Flash stores are a great way to test your audience without investing in inventory,
raise funds for a school or non-profit, or offer items to your team/staff for sale or as a gift!

What are the benefits of running a "Flash" Store?
No Upfront cost
Your only commitment is that you meet the minimum for each item offered in
the store! You can find item minimums listed on each item in the PRODUCT CATALOG, and we will review it with you as we create mockups and set up the store.
Offer up to 5 Different Items
We will help you narrow down items that sell best, but it’s good to also know what your audience will want to purchase from your store.
Reach a Wider Audience
You will have a unique URL that you can easily share with your audience to shop! There’s not work on your end to manage or run the store, we handle it all!
We take care of shipping
Shipping is $10 flat per package. Shipping can be covered by the individual shopper or by you if you choose (mostly for gifting). We only ship to US, APO/FPO addresses.
We Cover the Details
We also handle all customer service for your store, designing and setting
up the store, and update you on sales along the way. This allows you to put 100% of your focus on marketing.
What are your commitments when running a "Flash" Store?
Marketing
This is A MUST to meet minimums and for the overall success of your store! It’s
CRUCIAL to have your audience established and know how to reach them easily. Social Media and email marketing will be your best friend here!
Meet Minimums
Each product has a unique minimum (see our PRODUCT CATALOG) that must
be met while the store is running. We keep these minimums low to make it easy to meet them and exceed them with marketing! If you do not meet the minimum for a product in your store, you will be responsible for purchasing the remainder of that product at your cost to meet the minimum for production. For example, if your minimum is 12 polos and you sell 10; you will need to purchase 2 polos at cost
Design
We will need your help with ideas and need true vector files of any logos/art. We can help with additional design help if needed ($60/hr). We will make suggestions on what will fit, sell, and look best!
Wording
We will need a short paragraph on your business, team, or non-profit that will let your audience know who you are and why you are running the store. We will add store dates & shipping details.
Possible Additional Costs
If you do not have a true vector file of your art we can create this for you for a one-time $50 fee. The file will then be provided back to you for future use. If you are selling embroidered items there will be a $50 one-time fee per design to create the embroidery file for the machine.

All items are PRE-ORDER ONLY and will be produced after the store closes October 5th. Orders will be shipped after production and begin to arrive approximately 4 weeks after the store closes.
